Last night in Mexico
Hot, hotter, hottest. Those roasted peppers weren't as hot as the onions in its sauce. Of course, the GREEN reigns supreme!
I just bought a mini processor, bought some fresh Habañeros, Serranos, Jalapeños, garlic, hot cherry peppers, cilantro, tomatillos, basil, parsley and white onions at our weekly Farmers' Market near Edgar Allan Poe Park to see what I can spice up.
