There was a predominately much nicer area a few blocks out of the main plaza of Valladolid, Mexico. I went looking for more local-kin grinds but only found this highly touristic place that, ONCE, was the place to go for Don Pedro's pork dishes, complete with healthy portions of black beans and rice. Like this hotel (straw building), the restaurant is tucked away further up passed Iglesia de San Bernardino de Sierna and thatched roof. Right across was a 30 cents/hour Internet Café
